That will eliminate the idler, and water pump. All you need is a 3/8" strong arm bar from your socket set to release the tension on the tensioner (no actual bolts to undo). I spent a while trying to put a new belt on once because I took no notice of how it came off and they are a long belt with lots of possible ways to go on.
