If this is a support related enquiry should be posted in the ticket system.2. It may be related to the cookie being stored tied with your Wifi IP address, and then when switching to 3G your mobile companies IP address. Try clearing your cookies and try again under 3G and see if you get the same error message. Same with changing browsers. Works fine when home with wifi on same computer.
