What I would like to know is what should the housing be ported out too (How Many Millimetres)CheersConrad Lovett

To get the best out of the unit you need too smooth the wastgate hole and do a little finessing to direct the gases correctlyI'd suggest if possible you get Simon from XFT too open it up for you. He has some little tricks that help too prevent the dreaded boost spike.

Once again thanks for your help.Conrad

This should give you a pretty good idea of the areas that need blending/smoothing.

I purchased a new flapper and bush together.. As my bush broke when I tried to remove it...From memory it was around $120 for both... See Ratter here on the forums. He can supply them at a better price.. If only some one would sell me a housing to do the mod on. I'm sure something will come up.Good housings are VERY hard to find.. As they all crack where the turbo bolts together... Upon close inspection my original housing was shagged also..... It is now used as a door stop...... I wish you luck with your search...

I have another housing that I will port and do the flapper mod to, within the next 2 weeks, if anyone is interested PM me for price.CheersConrad
