Got My Fg F6

finally after saving for ever and looking found a F6 ute I liked and ended up getting the FG in the end! it's a 2009 fully optioned with 38,000km. still got 4 months till I get my full license and can drive it so its gonna be a long wait! getting a custom exhaust made up from turbo back and tune to start with. should it be 3.5" or 4" turbo back? Is there any more on the rear CV blowing out aswell when there lowered cause would like to do that aswell.

hmmm. things certainly change. when I was waiting to get my licence there was a 1983 sigma waiting for me in the driveway....

hah yeh thanks mate, already been in a WRX that rolled at 100km/h seen how bad things can go. gotta keep them rubber side down!

got my mates WRX with 240kw at wheels at mine at moment so been driving that, keeps me away from my toy.

First save your money on not getting an exhaust as you will also need to get it tuned, as the full exhaust will cause overboost and limp mode. It will also make Ford look VERY closely on any motor or drivetrain warranty claims.

The Utes do not have CV's as they have a live rear axel, so lowering in the ute is better than the sedans.

Mine was a mini.. but then again, I wasn't paying it off for the next 15 years either Not saying of course that anyone here is doing that, but I do people that are spending up to 70% of their paypacket on car repayments and insurance.. that doesn't leave much for fuel and food
