If it is, I would be asking Ford WTF they are saying about the wastegate and tyres. Remember this stays on your cars permenant record and could affect the warranty in the future.

You need to be more detailed about your mods and driving style.

No mods at all, driving style is normal. Give it a bit here and there but mostly just cruise it. I cannot get it below 16litres no matter how I drive so there must be something wrong ! I'm new to the turbo world so wtf could this be with the wastegate.

If it were the o2 sensor then it would've showed up when they checked it? Is it worth just changing my o2 sensor and seeing if it will improve. I'm stumped over this.

Are you resetting your trip meter every time you fill up?

Got it down to 16 then reset it and still 16 is the best I can get it to

Have you calculated it EXACTLY from k's driven to how much fuel you used or just use the trip meter thing.

Just trip meter

Start calculating it. Might be different to what the trip meter says.

Guys would it be worth changing my oxygen sensor?

When I changed the oxygen sensor in my vy ss to a bosch one fuel consumption improved dramatically..

Does anyone have a part number for the bosch oxygen sensor ?
