Nulon Oil

Time for another 5000klm oil change. I have been using Redline and Motul, but I would prefer to support and Aus oil company and thought of trying Nulon 10w 40. Has anyone had any experience with it, and is 15w 40 any better as the manual says 15w 40 Mineral oil - OPINIONS?

Thanks

Ive been using Nulon 10w40 every 7500km since I first bought my car 2 years ago. Has run better since all round, especially on cold starts seems to warm quicker and get to a smooth idle more quickly.

Grab one of 6L big bottles and a 1L small one, and its just the right amount (on a BA anyhow, not sure on a BF)

I agree, been using it for a year and a half, can't go past it for price & quality. Only I don't bother with the small bottles, just buy 3 off 5 litre bottles and that will give you 2 oil changes

cheers.

So nifty do you use exactly 7.5L each time do you?

pretty much, with a filter

I do the same as nifty, buy two 5L, use half of one and save it for the next time when I buy just one bottle.

Been using the 10-40w for a while now after Motul, been very happy. Going to try the Street & Track 15-50 since the forged pistons are small when cold I want to avoid some of the chatter on cold starts...

Also a big fan of Nulon.

Been using botht he 10 and 15w oils in both my cars.

Why pay a fortune for Motul/Royal purple when you chuck it out after only 5-7500km.

Been using it for a year and its been great
