Unfortunately, I finished a 12 hour shift at 7AM this morning, then had mum's birthday lunch after 4 hours sleep.

thanks for organising a great day louise, danny & pat... glad I made the trek down, wasn't sure with the impending crappy weather but it was well worth the drive, made it back home bout 5.15 and had a good run home, had some tool in a SV6 try and play near home, thought it would be funny to keep blockin me in the right lane then accelerate off, I let him go for a while but it got the better of me and once I had a clear shot, showed what 300+Kw of ford power can do LOL didn't see him again ...

but great day and great to meet everyone, I took a heap of pics , I'll go through em and post up all the good ones soon

oh yeah and the beers are ice cold and goin down like gold now

Nice work guys! I'd really like to get a whole heap more of us together for next year - it will be the last weekend in July 2010. For us to show off some of the tough cars that fill the ranks around here would be great, and show alot of the non believer V8 lads that they really do have something to worry about!

Did anyone get pics of other cars at the show? I never mind seeing our cars, but I did spot a few nice XY's and some new Shelby's on the way in this morning!

Should also mention that the car got home safe and sound with no bumps and scrapes, the girlie did really well to not freak out driving a 500hp taxi!

Weather permitted a somewhat good day, good to put faces to names, have a chat, look at some nice XR6T's and wander.

Good on ya chris! your face when they called the rego over the PA system was priceless mate! well done, goes to show what a nice, clean XR you got there, stands out with the judges mate! credit where its due!
