Whats The Best Fg Cooler On The Market

Just wanting to know what is the best aftermarket intercooler for the fg on the market at the moment and prices if possible? I'm looking at doing some upgrades to my ute such as a flashtune, cooler, injectors and a full exhaust system just as soon as someone brings a 4" out for the fg ute. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

Best in what way mate? Looks, performance, engine cooling or lack of it, air charge cooling?

There's a few to choose from now, some look nice, some have tube and fin cores, other have bar and plate

As far as I'm aware there's been no independant testing, and every manufacturer will tell you there's is the best. So your only option is to browse through the forum for feedback from those that have been down the path before you.

Ive had 3 different coolers on my FG F6 so far with a 4th and 5th to be tried and tested in the near future. So far ive found the Process West Stage 2 cooler to be the pick of the bunch, but im looking forward to trying the Stage 3 cooler.

No I'm just asking the question so I can buy the best one and not have to have the hassle of spending heaps on all different sorts that's all. Everyone claims their's is the best but I have not seen any research to back up their claims. I've heard of people saying that the f6 cooler is no better than the standard turbo, which I find hard to believe! Why would FPV come up with something that would be worse than the standard one? Anyways I will hopefully get enough feedback and do some more research before I decide. thanks

id also back the FG inter cooler from PW, I got one on my car at the moment. Does very well.

Call around the tune shops mate, if anyones going to know whats the best that's is currently available, it will be the guys tuning the cars, seeing the data and the results.
