its pretty low and the dyno looks to be sunk into the floor, might have been a bastard to strap down. Or the operators are lazy..

it is strapped down at the 1 run were it jumps off.. pretty stupid place to strap it down also

looks to me like theres a strap over the back seat. I have seen it done like this before even the fattys in the back seat not the boot though.
