Long story short I have had several small leaks the last week, one was where the throttle body and piping wasnt sealed properly and the other was the crossover pipe not done tight enough.

I fixed these problems but now Im getting a loud whine from the turbo and a Flutter - which I cant remember having either before.

Is this normal?

I checked the turbo manifold bolts about 3 weeks ago, and all where tight,

You haven't stated if your car is tuned or not, if the BOV is standard or not.

Either way, if you have had boost leaks and now you don't, your car will be making some noises that you probably couldn't hear due to the boost leaks.

The car just has 10psi tune, 60lb injectors, k/n panel filter, 2nd cai. It was dyno to chk fuel raitio which was 10.5. BOV standard, but vents to atmosphere.

To me the turbo sounds more high pitched.

ok that's not the problem still whines, Is there a procedure to adjust BOV, is there a adjustment screw or something on it? Mite play with that see if it fixes flutter at least.
