The clowns at ford would have no idea, have a look at how many non FPV's are being fitted with 6 pot fronts (Dozens). None of which ar ehaving dramas from normal street driving to track work.

Sorry George but from memory the only genuine wheels that are capable of taking the brembos without fouling are Fpv Wheels.

LOL there are NO ESP issues. ive got brembos on my XR

pedal is firm, not spongy

and I have no error codes.

yeah that type, that's if its genuine and not a copy. there are a lot of look alikes out there even seen some in 18's. the genuines also came with a different offset for the rears of the sedans. had to use the fronts allround for the utes.

Both genuine & replica FPV rim in 18 & 19 sizes will clear 4 & 6 pot brembos, all genuine ford 18's (Except BF) will clear brembos aswell. The new FG 19's wont clear them as the rim doesnt have enough clearqance behing it.

I can assure you, the FG XR 18" "Y" mags will not clear 4 pot Brembo's, as the wheel spokes won't clear the caliper.
