Nah the 5sfe block is the better one to work with, But im going to stick with my 3sgte because I want the matching numbers

Fair enough. I looked up the price of one of those and did a hecc :oooh:

 

There are rebuild kits from the states for a tad under $500 which seems pretty good and the spool forged rod and piston kits are about 2 grand.

 

I spose you'd have already sussed it all out though.

Reason for the grad cert is to allow me to follow the resource geology pathway, which is part of what I'm learning in my new role (although not my primary function). It mostly involves computer/numerical modelling and geostats.
