Tell yA what pixy that better be in part of the plans for the construction coz the fire place just the equipment itself is 15k then the provisions for gas and the modification to the wall width etc on top of that

Granted it was a double sided one but not much different I got a rough quote of $24k retail

Even half that is way too much

Proper old school fire place is where it's at

Not part of the house plan and its one sided just like the one in the picture.

If I get it done whilst the house is getting built it should cost that much because they can run the gas lines straight to it, no mods. Also before the walls go up.

Found a place local ill go and see them for a price.
