March 1, 200620 yr #7341 Stupid f*cking State Debt Recovery Office... Dad's lost his due to not paying a fine that he wasn't allowed to take to court, wouldn't give us a photo of the fine and now the only way to fight it is pay the fine...and well...pay the fine?f*ckers...Lumpy Lumpy , I assume that you are talking about your Dads licence ?The only recourse you have is to pay the fine, get a copy of the photo ( speed or red light)from the RTA, who I think are obliged to provide it and then take the Farkers to court Crikey...It's a sign of the times with the Carr Guv'ment. ( Sorry Bren)In Qld, (perfect one day, brilliant the next) a copy of the photo offence is sent with the summons.I've had several wonderful portraits presented over the years. Was this always the way with camera offences in NSW..?

According to them that's all they need to do in order to contact Dad about the fine. Never talk to him and hang up on me. Stupid thing is, when Dad contacted them about this they admitted the fine was incorrect and told him to ignore it. They even acknowledged TODAY that it was wrong and he could seek an anullment (for an extra $50 of course)...he'd still lose his license until it was processed though. Are these f*ckers crazy? Have they not heard of natural justice? Ah f*ck Em....The lady at the State Ombudsman's Office was most helpful, they won't know what hit them Lumpy
