Speak to your dealer about this, because any orders for November build are being coded as Neo Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/39354-typhoon-auto-or-manual/page/2/#findComment-589814 Share on other sites

I have the T56 and honestly can't complain about it one bit.... I drive my car hard and the box really lets me have fun... but really depends on how you drive I guess Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/39354-typhoon-auto-or-manual/page/2/#findComment-589938 Share on other sites

The manual was heaps of fun with clear road and twisties, but a pain in the proverbial in Sydneys sh*t peak traffic periods when I spend most of my time in the car.The Auto is a great compromise and is a really good intuitive box in auto mode and there is still lots of fun to be had in manual mode albeit with no clutch. The auto at comparable power is faster by a very noticeable amount. I have moments when I wish I had the manual again....then I sit in traffic for an hour and thank god its manual. The manual is a pig in traffic! It farts and carries on in 1st gear and low revs. If I lived out bush I would take the manual next time no question. If you drive any more than 10% of the time in stop start traffic, you will wish you had the auto.
