They still managed to time the commercial breaks with major events though...that must be a contracted requirement Overall it was fairly good coverage, no doubt after a few rounds they'll be on the ball. Miss the v8 rumble coming from the rear speakers too

By the end of the race I had managed to fast forward at 30x through the ads.I think 7 did a good job, I feel sorry for Grant and Mark as they had to be back in Sydney for the Sunrise show at 6am this morning.

I was getting that pissed off I decided to time one of the breaks. With less than 10 laps to go, as things were getting interesting, one of the breaks was 3 minutes and 20 seconds long. I hope 7 monitor the viewers sentiments and lift their game. 10 was far more aware of the viewers preference for minimal interruption to motor racing viewing pleasure. Oi Channel 7! Lift ya game!!
