Hi guys.

Have had my BF GT for a few days now. No problems so far. However, I have noticed that the red light around the starter button stays on permanently after I start the engine, until I turn the ignition off again. Is this supposed to happen, or is it supposed to turn off after the engine starts?

At a guess, I would say it should stay on

It's brighter before you start and duller after engine is on.

Mine turns off after a start during the day and is dull with the headlight on after it is started.

Mine stays on all the time (as long as as ignition is on).

Hmmm. Well, it seems like there's some variations on the theme. I just thought I'd ask anyway. Thanks to all for your responses.

Is that because the GT's are so slow they need the light to stay on to remind themselves the engine is actually on.

how do I get one to hook upto my turbo???

I remembered to look yesterday afternoon on the way home. It is bright before start with the key switched on and goes dim after that until you turn the car off.
