For those coming up from Melbourne, would anyone be interested in driving up via bairnsdale, omeo, and hotham...

might be a little longer, but MUCH better drive....

would be good if we can get a convoy going again....  :spoton:

cheers,

Ben.

There's a couple of freaks from Qld that will by wandering around aimlessly trying to find their way from Melbourne.....I think they'd probably join the convoy as well!

Hi Taband gogo,

I'd like to do that, but only on the first day driving up. Sounds like to me that with the Saturday night's expected activities, I would not be up to an extended day's driving on the Sunday.

I think we may have to leave the Shell Servo about 6am though?

Hey tabitha.. speak for yourself.. I am not a freak, I shy, quiet and unassuming :spoton:

EVIL!! :omg:

6 am .. that's ungodly

Agreed Gary - definitely a way up thing only - straight back down the Hume on return.

now all we need is Deano with the whatchamacallit to lead again...

And Craig with the bootfull of gogo juice from the local servo,

And Rob for entertainment on the way

And Luke to act as rear guard...

I'm booked into the Alpine Gables (thanks for organising the discount rate)

They should just about give us the accomodation given how much we spent at the bar...

Are they going to open the bar early again - or did we (I) scare them off last time?

ho hum - nothing to see.... :spoton:

I'll just bring my own, like I did last time!

As soon as the bar is open, ill gladly drink their on tap supply of James Squire.... :spoton:

We'll be down on the water having a few quiet amber's for those that arrive early.

Mel and I will be attending.

We've booked in at the Alpine Gables and I've got a CB.

Looking forward to it. :spoton:

Ben, that route is way out of my way, so if you guys decide to take it I'll meet you all there.

We might be bringing up the boat as well, if anyone is keen for a ski on Sat arvo. :spoton:

No way!

The water will still be bloody freezing then... It's always freezing there!

I'd love to go, but just got made Foreman, I'm not sure if I can take that day off, wont know until 3 weeks or so from the actual date, plus want to bring some mates along, bit boring driving alone :spoton:

So we all make our way to Mount Annan, by the way, Im from Liverpool, whats the quickest way there? is it via Camden Valley way all the way to end sort of?

Anyways, I'll try my best to book in the date off. And I'll try to bring some 'drinking buddies along' too :pinch:

I know I personally hate replies like this, but whereis.com is your friend for directions - usually gets it pretty right.
