Iv been trying to search and find a thread that has a pic of the cig lighter section and which wires are for each connection (power etc) but I cant seem to find it. It was in relation on how to connect an electric oil pressure gauge. Can someone direct me to it if you come accross it please.

Not sure I understand. Black is - and blue is + for cig lighter (on 12v accessories loom).

The only thing that would make it look better is if both gauges had the 270 degree sweep like the boost gauge does.

so im guessing that you hook one of the dash illumination wires to + and one to - and if it works opposite way you reverse them ???

This may be a silly question guys....but do the electronic Autometer Guages work off the factory ford sender units or do you need to use the autometer sender units??

Boost you t-piece it off the bov

oil, you use the supplied oil sender presure sensor thingy.. And you need a t piece, VDO 230.032 (it hink.. 1/4npt with 1/8 npt for oil presure). allows you to run both sensors..

270 degree sweep on oil would be good... I was also thinkin about geting pyro temp.. or airfuel.. but a/f is pointless as its not wideband

Its easier to buy an electronic boost gauge, that way you dont need to run a hose inside the cabin. My sender is hidden under the bonnet.

Can you remove the oil pressure switch without draining the oil? Will much oil come out? Also is there only 1 size of cobalt gauges? Whats the size for the FPV pod, is it the 2 1/16 size gauges?
