3-4 days easy.. Especially if you get it covered with ganache within 24 of it being out of the oven.. Just if you're going extended time between making and serving keep it in the fridge as long as possible (obviously not after fondant or icing)

So ganache made one cake in the oven and the other about to get made after I finish dinner :)

Table all decked out ready for ganache tomoro then fondant and decoration tomoro :)

Goes up to 280 degrees or something ... So probably lol.... Thought I'd try it with fondant instead of prepping my bench

Good flat surface fondant.. I use a sheet of stainless steel.. Laminex leaves tiny little intricate patterns in the icing.

Unfortunately my kitchen table is the flattest surface I have... It's very smooth... But ye bench top leaves tiny pattern
