Oh it'll do I guess.. How thick is your ganache?

Yep.. Really be careful with your temps.. The thicker your ganache the easier the icing will slip and slide if the cake sits for too long at room temp..

Use aircon to keep it round 22 degrees or mix a bit of tylose with your icing to make it hold up better..

next....what is tylose and what does that do??

with a name like that it sounds like it'll cause cancer
