Not too sure mate... but it just goes to show how efficient the factory exhaust is on these cars... you won't find any other mass produced turbo car capable of making that kind of power with the FULL factory exhaust still in place...

Just on the exhaust side of things...

A Nizpro customer who has a BA Typhoon made 418rwkw last Saturday with a complete FACTORY exhaust, stock cat and dump pipe... He has Nizpro Stage 2 fitted...

Jack

Yer but a dodgy dyno can get a honda civic to read somethign similar.

I maybe wrong though.

Well in that case. That is really cool.

Cos everything I have read on here before (ok havent read for a couple of months). Gave me the opinion that anything over 350rwkws, was a huge struggle for the factory system.

Only quoting what CES in QLD has stated with their 3.5" dump with seperate wastegate pipe and 3.5" single exhaust.

They claim that on a totally stock xr6t with no flash tune or any other mods their exhaust is able to produce a 41rwkw increase.

I have seen this exhaust in person and it looks very good but is $2850.

If this is true than that is a good power increase.

I have also seen magazine pages they have laminated from zoom mag showning this being done plus further upgrades from there.

The car that had this exhaust on it made 203rwkw before exhaust was fitted.

How many runs did the car do with the CES exhaust before the over boost protection kicked in and put the car in limp mode? For $2850 you'd get a flash tuner custom tuned, injector and possibly intercooler which would give you far than 41rwkw and would be a damn site safer. I'm not having a go at you because i realize you only quoting what they say...just trying to put it in perspective thats all..... :spoton:

But how much would he have made at the same boost with a say full XForce exhaust. At that level of power I'll bet he could pick up 30rwkW easily with a better exhaust. Or make the same power on less boost which is even better IMO.
