It's all cool Jeff. I spoke to one of the organisers of the Australian Factory Performance Car Nationals and he said that the only day that the track was closed was on Sunday for their Conrod Straight Sprints.

All we have to do is hope that Fraggle brings the cool dry weather with him.

Cool dry weather you say dont know where im going to get that from it's been the other end of the scale down in two headed inbred land

So half a boot load of beer and that should keep the air cool and pray it dont rain

Not sure if you guys already know this but Australia’s First Factory Performance Car Nationals starts the next day at Bathurst.

Guys - As some of you know, my farm is close to Bathurst.. (Wont be there on 25th though - so, sorry, cant do afternoon tea again! I have sent PB a map of the Tarana Rd that some of you experienced last trip.). But no problems with the "track" being open on 25th; it's a public road and is only closed for actual events.

As for radar.... there are no fixed radar cameras - but the local boys in blue do set up radar and laser regularly. 2 main locations are - Conrod, about 200m uphill from the Chase, and near the top of Mountain Straight. Also, sometimes in front of the pits (Start / Finish line). So take it easy!

Check out 505 Conrod Straight while you're there - some very cool people have been known to stay there during the great race.
