just read on the police site that over 40km/h its a $1000 fine and 7 demerits, he has all his demerits so hopefully it will be ok. might as well flush $1000 down the toilet grrrrrrrrr :bowdown::msm:

im not sure on his exact fine he will recieve, but my mate was caught by a hand-held doing 130km/h on marmion and got 5 months and $800 fine. he also had his car impounded for 48 hours. I think in court they droped 5km/h off it aswell cause the rader got a few different readings so it was about 45km/h.

hope its not tooo bad for you guys :(
