I was at the casino last night and seen a fg ute parked up. it looked EXACTLY 100% (although I was verry drunk) like the new R spec GT I seen the other day at titons. but it said boss 315, DIDNT have brembos,and said persuit on the back. verry confused. surely it would be to soon to make a replica of a R spec, had the right wheels and everything. I guess it must of been a replica as im pretty sure they dont make r spec utes? and persuits should be 335 with brembos? just cant get my head around how they would get a set of those wheels so quick!

One of two things here:

2. FPV do a $hit job at advertising their products.

Nitro, you obviously were not drunk enough as you are correct with what you saw. It's a black GS with lots of bright red lipstick that FPV slogs you an extra $6k for on top of a GS ute :-)

im a mechanic and im on the forums alot, I try to keep up to date with all models of all cars but have never heard of anything like this before.

Correct mate, they called it the Pursuit Ute. Check the following FPV page, they have a section on the ute http://fpv.com.au/gtrspec

Its basically a GS ute with a GT front bumper and GT style wheels (not staggered like the r-spec sedan). 315 spec engine and no Brembos.
