What's wrong with the factory wheels anyway? Better off spending the $3k you would shell out on rims on a cam package from WA Performance. You could finally have a car that went better than stock

as its starting up, keep pushing F8 till a menu appears

click on safe mode

once it starts up, go START -> RUN -> and type in MSCONFIG

see if in the STARTUP section there is anything to do with ms office, and maybe uncheck that, seeing that the installation of office is what caused it?

Ain't no mouse to do clicking with in boot menu but yeah what he said (arrow keys to highlight safe mode, then press enter). You can see if it loads to safe mode at least (no sound, slow video etc but it can help diagnose).

Where you located these days Mat, maybe I could pay a visit if it's not ages out of the way.

Court order in the mail today.

The whole pay or elect before said due date. I need 2 months exactly after the due date.

Hopefully, if I elect about a week before due date, court hearing letter will take a while, then when I get the court hearing, a week before that I'll just say guilty.

I'm hoping this'll buy me until Mid November, then I'll get out of losing my license.
