I called my local ford dealer and they said that the guage pods cannot be sold seperately. I would have to purchase the guages as well.......

Has anyone fitted other guages to the Typhoon or pods???.

I tried to fit a Speco meter boost guage to mine but the mounting holes were different and the studs not long enough to fit through.

Without trying anheap of different guages there must be one or two the fit OK ???? I HOPE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I tried, but my friend had to pull several strings just to get mine, so getting a heap wouldn't be possible. I didn't want to push my luck!! Hehe!

I have 2 1/16" autometer ultralite gauges fitted to mine. There is a bit of modification involved to make them fit though. The studs on the gauges have to be ground off, and the actual cup needed some of the back part ground away so the bulb holder doesn't foul when the gauge is pushed in far enough for the bezel to sit flush. This is covered by the silver bit that clips in on the back though so you can see it. I also needed to grind away some of the silver cip in bit on the back. and some of the bulb holder on the gauge.

Best thing I can recommend is to get a dremel and keep grinding stuff away till it fits. that's what I did!!! :k24t:

Just make sure you don't go to far!!!! :pinch::nono:
