I know the courts are mainly to blame as b&e's only get a slap on the wrist and sent backout into the commuity .As all the cops can do is arrest them and file the paper work hopping that they will finally be place in prison where they belong.

That's who I am pissed off at, it's the judges whom allow ppl to get away with . Do they really think that a slap on the wrist and the offender will never do it again???

Does anyone remember their school years??? and more importantly does anyone remember having to deal with the school bullies??? same principal, tell the teachers and the bullying gets worse (basically they get a slap on the wrist and get the mindset that nothing really bad will happen), beat the bullies up after school and they'll leave you alone for life (bullies understood physical pain / real punishment, I expect it is the same for the crims...)

she did the wrong thing if a cop ask you to get out of a car you do it, but she did not deserve a tazer to the arm.

Meh, she got what she had coming. Its really black and white, they told her to get out of the car, she didnt. She disobayed a direct request from the law, therefore (in my opinion) her rights have been void.
