Pazzo has more mods than Dillz

No not on this car, on the BF I had heaps and still only paid $840 the whole year. 20s,lowered, cooler,exhaust,intake,tune, stereo. Other things but still only $840 full comp agreed value. I'm rating 1 aswell so helps a bit. Been with CGU now 4 years and no probs with them. They allowed 2 mods without effecting policy.

The day after I sold my mazda the renewal notice from AAMI showed up, and, despite not having made a claim in the past 12 months, they had upped my premium, and lowered the value of my car. Agreed value, too.

The XR is insured through a broker, which definitely makes things easier. After the accident I didnt have to wait on hold for ages (like with RACV) - just sent my broker an email.

Also helps if you have other things insured with same company, I have car's,house and contents, investment property. I'm not one for 5 different insurance company's for different things. CGU have been great so stick with them.

I had my last T fully insured with RAC and it was 900, agreed value was only 22.5k though (which they paid out). Since the claim, it has gone up to 1800 so I changed to SGIO (they added 900 to my premium because of the amount I got back off them).

SGIO give me the full 5 year no claim bonus because I wasn't technically at fault when the car was stolen and crashed. Even though they couldn't recover anything because the people who stole it fled, it wasn't me who was at fault so they disregard it when looking at premiums and what not which I think is really cool. 1100 full comp with SGIO and I'm 24. Will cover mods to a degree, as long as I list them

I will be looking at swapping too in feb when mine is up for renewel. by then it will have mods
