Reguarding this benchpress comp, I would have been in for a chance ... then I snapped my A/c in my shoulder lifting tools into my car on a cold morning. Worst injury I have had in 5 years of training, I'd be lucky to push out 12 reps of 100 now. I was doing 6x155 when I was 103 kg. Now down to 94

Still painful when I try to load up the bar

so frustrating!

Got a 24% payrise today and dropped 1 mill on property on the sunshine coast. It was either that or a veryron but I thought id let somone else keep the hwy title.

Now I have to try even harder to pretend to work.

Yeh I've been quiet because I've been busy at work, and spending 2+ hrs at the gym every night.

Plus this hasn't really been a convo I can participate in - with my car being stock and all it's hard to compete in the my-car-is-faster-than-yours pissing competition. Lol
