  3. and honesthly I cant remember anyone from this fourms that had a turbo failure becuase with no BOV or any damage to the turbo becuase of no BOV. ive heard of people on here that had turbo failures and they use the factroy BOV =S does anyone know someone??
  4. well first of all your not going to get a VL turbo flutter with just blockin the BOV your just gonna get a pussy flutter noise. only way you will get that kinda sound your after is with a 3" 45deg pipe of the turbo with a pod filter at the end plus block the BOV. ive been running it that way for nearly a year now and had no problems at all. but like you said you will get people that will have there own point of view of things. Rob

  9. Hey San thanks for the comment it sure alot more traction!! was quite suprised since coming from fat275 rears to 245 and imo the maxxis tyres are great for grip. and the noise level is good hardly any noise. yea im much more happier with the way the car sits now the pictures dont really do justice though it more lower in real life, as soon as u sit in the car it just sits on the rim. ahhahaha NV ME Rob cheers michael yea I was pretty sure they were 35's yeaaa the black looks much better then the chrome verison. we should organise a photoshot soon once u get your canry of and san gets motor back haha. get a punch of hot T's in a nice place for photos. 11. HEY GUYS JUST FITTED SOME NEW 20ssss!!! :flameman: As most of use know ive had my 19" Fusion Starcorp wheels for a couple of years now and felt the car needed a new look. so went down to The Tyre Factory in Dandeong and went for some 20s in mind. walk straight in and fell in love with these Black 20" Verde Madonna. 225/35/ZR20s with Kumho Ecsta SPT KU31 tyres on the front. 245/35/ZR20s with Maxxis MA-Z1 Victra on the rears for Grip. Ive taken a few pics in the garage but will take some proper pictures soon. so here a few from today hope you like. What do use think??? also if anyone intrested in some 19" Fusion rims let me know. Enjoy.
  12. hahahah its very cheap these days
  13. 300rwkw shouldnt be that hard to achieve with just an edit, injectors, valve springs, cooler, hiflow cat you should see 300rwkw easy also the clutch would be a great idea to start of first to save the $$ in the long run. I know what you mean with the car feeling like a boat ahha I just went the cheaper way with sway bars and SSL springs and compressed and feels so much better. anyway that's mmy 2 cents
  14. was gonig to say that but there are heaps of things that will set u back eg the clucth, cat, etc. really depends on what power level you are loooking for? then we can give you more of an idea what mods you need to get there.
  15. EDIT,INJECTORS,VALVE SPRING,COOLER SETUP,BRAKES.
  16. ROLMDL replied to EXR6T's topic in Engine Workshop
could be a number of things. one way of telling if the valve springs are not coping is givin a car a hard time bootin it around then come to a complete stop and if the car start to studder around side 2 side you know that a sign. also pushing the car over 5500RPM do you get valve float???
  17. Hey Danny put my name down aswell please for 1 set.
  18. thought urs was a V8
  19. I havent got 1 personaly on my car but I have heard gonig a 3" setup is gonig a step backwards and if anything the twin 2.25" flows better. alot of guys use single 3.5" exhaust or 4" dump,3.5" cat, twin 2.5" out im sure some guys will come and clarify things for you.
  20. Yea that guys lives around South Eastern suburbs always around dandenong area, the guy who drives it I know his mate but not the driver. this is the car your talking about yerr??
