My friend had his M6 put on the dyno as well and made 304kw at the wheels. It has the number plates HOTM6.

I use to have those plates and had them in hold for a while but now someone has them and I am not sure who. I have heard they have also been advertised For Sale. I am not 100% sure. Good luck to the new owners of the plates and good luck to whoever bought my ute and sedan. I love my EVO9 and shall never look back...only when DBOSS is behind me.

Good write up. Pretty much true on most of those things. I have launched my car many times and I tell you it holds up extremely well especially at the drags and I still manage durability. The size is a problem for many but its good as I have 2 kids and NO ROOM for my Mother in Law...lol....

Ok. I had EMS in my XR6T ute and I have EMS in my EVO 9 at the moment. I highly recommend it and I have had EMS in many cars previously and have no problems whatsoever. The only problem I had was the unbelievable power, my ute made 269kw at the wheels with just a 3inch exhaust and 10psi. The power was unbelievable and the Torque was enormous. My EVO 9 at the moment makes 238.7kw at the 4 wheels and only on 20psi, bear in mind they do come out factory 15psi. All I have is a good exhaust system, air filter and the EMS ECU. Standard the car made 148kw at the 4 wheels. The tuner is the most important as well. All my cars get tuned by V&E Rigoli Racing at Wetherill Park in Sydney's west NSW. He is a great tuner and I highly recommend him. Nick (dynowog) and Spiro are also tuners of the EMS ECU and for my knowledge are good tuners as well. Sorry about my gas bagging.

It was great to see you guys out there again. Its a shame George and I broke down together on the same pass. All it was a stupid clip that goes onto the pressure plate on my new twin plate clutch. I have to give Jeff the V8 Rumble award though. A couple of minor mods and a good tune by a newcomer who will be announced soon and you will be right.

I am the same as you FR33DY. I was born here though and have been there a few times, though my last trip was in 1988. Unfortunately I have just lost a family member who was trying to do his day job working in a factory to support his wife and kids. Now, who do you blame? He was a hard worker at the age of 28 and believed in his country and loved his wife and kids. He religously went to church every Sunday and was a great man. It took the Jews and the the other so-called Lebs to cause this grief among our family. The Lebanese are against this war and this is all George Bush's so-called theory, and he just wants to see what Syria would do so that he can cause some chaos. Hezbollah is a very arrogant and fiest malitia/army and have no respect for its people or its country and that's why they live like cops. f*ck them both!... Actually that clip is in our Airport Induction program and warns us about driving behind planes etc. Its a safety thing. When the beacons on the plane are flashing stop and give way to the plane, otherwise you will end up like that truck....

If anyone is interested I will sell my VDO unit that runs off the factory premium screen for $2K and that's fully installed by professionals at Parramatta in Sydney NSW. It owes me nearly $4K when I bought it a couple of years ago. I have also the latest software upgraded into it as well.

I had the VDO Sat Nav fitted to my car and its what Ford uses etc.. I would be keen on selling it if you like as I pulled the system out when I sold the car.

Its funny you say that Jimmy. I use to have Falkens on my ute and I still have a fair few memorys, mind you I had 285's on the back. I remember once I was overtaking up a hill on a freeway in the wet doing about 130km/h and the ass end started to hang out. I use to spin 1st, 2nd and 3rd in the wet for ages, and that was with only 270rwkw with an auto gearbox. I use to hate racing at a set of lights as it would wheels spin first and second and you would have to hold on to it and try and prevent from side swipeing the car next to you. My advice would be to get some Dunlops as they seemed to handle and give the most traction.

Actually its not that bad as I drove my car around for about 3 weeks as I was looking for a ute at the time as I had sold the other one etc.. its easy to manouver around and comfortable, I also have coilover suspension but adjusted to a soft ride setting and I couldnt get myself out of it. I still find an excuse to take it out, even if its just to pick up the kids.
