Just talking from personal experience and knowing that they are capable of a much faster 0-100 time than 6.4 seconds.

My brother had a BA MKII GT that could consistantly get 0-100 in the 5 bracket.

Anyone who can only manage 0-100 in 6.4 seconds in a GT needs to learn how to drive. They are capable of far quicker 0-100 times than that.

Using G-Tech I managed to time my turbo 0-100 in 4.57 seconds with 270 odd rwkw. Could repeatedly get between 4.6 and 4.8 0-100. With 311rwkw I could never get enough traction to beat that time. I needed to upgrade the rubber to something better.

Hey Guys, I'm off to New Zealand in just over a months time for 9 days and just hoping to get some insight from some members who have been as to what must see things I shouldn't miss out on while over there. I fly into Christchurch and from there have a car waiting at the airport and will slowly head down until I reach Queenstown. I have a few things that will be done but just want to get some advice from people who have been over there, even some advice from our New Zealand members would be good. Thanks

Mine had just over 30 000kms on it and was still going strong. Most of its life was at 311rwkw.

1st and 2nd gears you could fry the tyres at will, 3rd gear I had traction.

I believe in the other thread where you read that, they were talking about loosing traction in the wet at that speed. It is very possible to loose traction at that speed in the wet with that power.

My rev limit was increased to 6000rpm as well when I got my tune.
