Why do we buy a $40k+ car then put a Jaycar Response amp in it? My opinion, spend a bit extra and get some class. Even Pioneer would have been better. Rob.

Hi All, Just bought PCMScan and am having a couple of problems. It reports my car as not being OBD compatible????? WTF? My car is a 2003 BA XR6T. Also, cannot monitor the throttle %. Can anyone help? I gave up buying the best of computer equipment a year or so ago. I find it doesn't matter how much you spend or what brands you get, you can still have trouble with them. They also depreciate quicker than a BA Falcon. But I must say....nice setup. Rob.

Do what you want to your car....we are all individuals. In my opinion, if someone was looking at a heap of cars in a car yard and there were 5 XR6T's @ $30k, a F6 @ $55k and a Tranny XR6T that looked identical to an F6 for $30k (even though it wasn't), I recon the tranny would sell the quickest. Who cares if it's not real, people on the street don't look that hard anyway. I have been looking at an F6 lately and just can't justify the $60k price tag for a upgraded taxi with $hit service from Ford. Rob. PS. Going out to look at an F6 tomorrow so may change my view on this shortly!

I thought someone had said they bought it...oh well! Is the Ute pump assembly different to that of the sedan? Cos my fuel sender is mounted elswhere in the tank and is nowhere near the fuel pump itself??? Rob.

Having the same problem at the moment, even when I have flashed back to factory. Will try a standard pump in it soon from my brother in laws car and see if it helps, then I will get my engineer mate to help me make it a better system. Will report on findings. Rob.

Well, Ford reckon it's my diff bush. Won't replace it under my extended warranty as it is a non-lubricated part! Told them to stick the warranty up their ar$e and that the only reason I got it serviced there was because of the warranty.....guess wot, I'm not going back there. Hi 937, can you tell me if you can measure the following: Boost Cam Adjusters Both MAP sensors Fuel Pressure Oil Temp Transmission Oil Temp Cheers (Sorry if this is a bit of a hijack) To answer your question, I would try and tap into the original sensors. I would think they would have a +5v range, but I could be wrong.

Good to hear Jason. I was in talking to Paul last week and had a look at the work the boys were doing on your ute. They were putting in the intercooler while I was there. Love the way they really take pride in their work and wanted to do everything right.......well it looks like they did! Will be great to see the ute around, nice looking unit. Oh, and good to see the SS Inductions inlet has been redesigned, looks like a good piece of equipment now. Rob.

I'm not sure but I hear you! I have exactly the same issue. Car is going in next week for a service and Ford WILL be fixing it (I always get my way). I will let you know what they come up with but I believe it's a diff problem by the sounds of it. Rob.
