exactly a real tuner would say. Hrm.. 60lb.. standard about 30lb.. Lets try doubling the hi and low slopes and see what that shows stft/ltft and AFR's lol C&V have no problems tuning with these injectors (see billsta's car) danny

No such thing as too big with these injectors.. Theirs are by far the best big high impedance injectors you can get.. Very linear flowing injector, and very controllable even at low pulsewidths. I've even run these injectors with the stock calibration (ie, only the injector values changed), with no problems.. (that's how I scaled the first set) But if he suggests dont use them. Well heck, he obviously doesnt know how good these Deka's really are.. In comparison.. Nizpro's drilled injector are approx 60-70lb in size. They run them in the kits upto the 300rwkw mark.. But have plenty of head room incase you want to go further with their kits.. That way you dont have to change injectors again later. Anyways. I would personally be putting the Deka's in.. If they have trouble tuning it.. I'd be looking for someone else to tune it.. There's a saying.. "You can never have too much injector" Sure, these injectors are able to supply more fuel compared to the power figure your chasing, but.. Who knows what your gonna do in the future when you get sick of 330rwkw Danny

Well done Danny.. I have seen a few Headsex tuning stickers around Melbourne in the last few weeks. ← I'm always on the case.. But being realistic.. these sorts of problems associated with boost control and the wastegate differences makes it hard for "mail order tunes". I have knocked back 2 tunes in different states because I will never see if my tune is running as intended.. Could be boosting too much, too little, etc etc. If it was a v8. different story And yes.. there's a number of my tunes getting around the streets of melbourne..

If your running the same boost / duty tables as Simons, and the boost is different may be due to a few things the wastegate spring may be rated the same psi, but the tollerance is way off, so the spring could need more duty in the program. Is the external gate plumbed back into the exhaust or is it a screamer? What differences do you have in the exhaust system to simons? I've also noticed that exhaust systems make a difference in boost control. Without knowing what boost settings are defined, the PI controller should be able to bring the boost closer to the desired boost by adjusting the duty based from the duty table.. BUT This may not be done as 22psi might be out of the scope of the pcm's map sensor so straight duty cycle boost control maybe the only way.. I've never tried controlling this much boost to know if this is the case or not.

in vic, the law stands for 3 years from the first offence.. either way I got my car back today.. no damage, no KM's on the ODO.. although the centre cap from the front left wheel is missing... considering the dust in there, I think I overlooked that on the night.. (heck it was dark)... The guys there gave me details on where to send it in writing, and they will investigate.. When I speak to the copper about my summons, I'm going to get him to look at the photos he took to confirm if it was there or not.. Daniel

Every time a cop pulls someone over, they do a attitude test within the first few minutes of the conversation, ask any cop. they will behave according to the lip you give them. That as the goal of my post.. I have every confidence that my car will be exactly the same condition, and the ODO shouldnt have ticked over 1km as well. You get these impressions in your head that the cars get trashed etc when they get parked etc, but the copper reassured me, this was not the case. The lots run by non police members, but there is police watch at all times. Unsure if I am going to get some legal aid or represent myself, the cop is going to call me when the summons paperwork is ready, and he suggested I come in, and discuss it with him, what will happen on the day etc. very professional and helpful. Something I found real funny was that, he was telling me about this dude who had his car impounded, and when he went to pick it up, he dropped another one on his way out.. Lets just say that there was no towtruck costs in his $470 fine
