good place to come from edinburgh I have some family there they are getting married sat in glasgow some posh castle we got invite cost to much to fly over for wedding. take the ute up into the highlands and blow some turbo power up there kilts.

big gaz not been on uteopia site for a while and just read your from scotland where abouts I am from greenock on the west coast. I drive bamark 2 xr6t yellow ute love the ute to bits. now living in victoria on the coast again place called wonthaggi loving it great place to be. good to see you got a good ride in pommy land.

the criuse to wilsons promo sounds good as I live in wonnie it would be great to meet up with fellow xrs but I am on holiday now and start back to work on sunday 1 april so yet again I will miss out hane fun guys.

just a quick question before I purchase one has any t owners fitted a electronic voltage stabilizer to there t as seen on e-bay says good for fuel econemy and throttle response. have a happy and safe new year thanks guys.

if you guys are coming down inverloch way why not drop into wonthaggi and have some good food in a good atmoshere at the wonthaggi club then go for a drive to the beach.

thanks for the feed back already running tranzmax oil in gear box. and she still a bit crunchy. that's why I thought about the mal wood short shifter.

well this has probelly been done before but has any of you guys installed the rip shifter or mal woods short shifter in there ba 6 speed manual. thinking of putting one in my t as gears are a bit sticky and tight. and was told this will easy the problem. anybody in sunny melboure hade this done so that I could see for myself the difference. thanks guys

I know this has been done before but has anybody fitted the 2 cold air intake as seen on e-bay were the air box comes complete and all you have to do is just change over the complete air box.does the ecu recognise this and adjust the air and fuel mixture to suit the extra air intake.

giday all I have ss inductions gauge holder that sat over the air vents took out screws that hold it in place pushed it back a bit furher reinserted the screws different location tightened them up fits perfect now it is all flush with existing panel looks good.

hey you guys does anybody no how to remove the gear knob and the gear boot to be recovered on a ba xr6. also have been tring to find someone that will recover same does anybody no of auto trimmers in melbourne area, or dandy, cranbourne. have tried garry blackman at richmond he will not do it as he has never done one before. thanks

where abouts in gippsland might see you on the road good choice of wheels I put stewart warner gauges in mine and ss gauge holder with blue backlight very close to dash lights.

does the snorkel install alright and what benifit would you get from this in a standard t any other mods you have to do get the full benifit from this you have any pics of installation seen one the other day on this site but can not find it now for another look.

thanks guys for the information most helpful the noise I am getting from my gear box is first thing in the morning at start up it sounds as if the gear box is in pieces and when you start it up the pieces all come together again, noise from inside cab souds like a bearing loose engage clutch and noise stops, disengage and noise returns. first and second gear are a bit sticky and clunky until maybe after half an hour off driving. but noise from underneath car from gearbox is always there.

hello got e-mail back from ford today on the T56 gearbox noise and rattle, said I was to take the car to local dealer they would remove gearbox and send to bayfords for repair, can anybody tell me where bayford are situated and has anybody had any dealings with them. thanks.
