  1. There are a few good surge tanks already out there Jet, we do supply Process west setups already, as for anything custom we treat each project individually and fabricate accordingly in other words not really off the shelf stuff Jet.
  2. Hopefully Jet, may be some engine dyno vids in the next week or so...;-)
  3. Well lets just put things into perspective Dranged (Quinn)........... The old girl has been off the road a total of 14-15mths not 3 years LOL.... In the period that the Dragon was on the road it managed to be the first publicly displayed 1000rwhp F6 in the country, it also ran 10.22 @ 145+mph in a H pattern manual.. So plenty has come and more will follow god willing... The next round of testing is very close (weeks) and to be honest with you Quinn, I'm in no hurry, I have plenty of things on the go keeping me busy and amused!!! Now lets focus on you a little Your thread/build started in 2009, it is now 2012 how fast have you been rolling compared to your objectives????? In 3 years? 11's? in an auto? Why not apply some your inpatients to your project instead of mine Big Gun? :idunno:
  4. No dramas Kent, we know your a weapon lol..... However I need to see it on a real tacho (Properly Measured) not the Ford dash LOL.....
  5. Seems like there was a little confusion with the last RPM vid lol, some people just couldn't pause it quite at the right spot..... So I thought I would clear that up for you guys..... Enjoy!
  6. As with all phenomenon "Mastika" storms & floods will come and go... Once in a while though when the planet alignment is just right we are blessed with a perfect STORM , they do not come around often but they do come, if you don't pay attention you miss the event/fireworks..... We are very close now and the Dragon has seen the test cell for the last time God love us, turn the volume up and enjoy!!! :vampire: :vampire: :vampire: Dyno results from the little Dragon and the Dragon coming shortly.... :vampire: :vampire: :vampire:
  7. Be patient we will share much soon....;-) And we are known to share much more in general Jet ...;-)
  8. All I will say for now Jet is its unchartered territory and rated to a plethora of ponies, beyond use...;-)
  9. Did somebody say turn the volume up? Daniels DLM-Spec 1098R on Steroids is ready, willing and able.... Stay tuned! :vampire:
  10. There is no fully operational 2 step that works with the factory ECU that I am aware of...... There are variations of launch control that can be manipulated to provide something similar but no where near the rquired spark cut, timing control, cylinder shut down etc etc. required for the system to be stable eg. 2 step controlled by a Haltech or Motec etc.... Even when it works 5 times out of 10 the ECU and other variables interfere with its operation, there is no short cut to a stable & repeatable boost launch utilizing a drag 2 step configuration, an aftermarket ECU, and dedicated bleed gate with separate solenoid is required, period.. This has already been tested & tested below (far from optimal)...
  11. Best of luck John, I have a feeling that you should hit your mark today...;-)
  12. Stage 1 run in and test run in N/A mode complete put the volume up and enjoy! Now all we gotta do is put this on and see what happens :blind: :vampire: .
  13. The fact that you even notice the little things is a credit to you Sideways! I hope people do not think that we have been busy with other things and suddenly decided it was a good time to put it together! This prototype test engine has probably been assembled and disassembled over 100 times my friend, its all the little things that make the big differences... Our environment in the past 24 months has been extremely dynamic, just to put it lightly, the smaller combinations you speak of (turbo) have already been chosen and tested on other vehicles, rest assured my friends that there is more than one engine in different power level/stroke and racing type configurations... Be patient, we have been working very hard!
  14. Did somebody say Porn??? :vampire: I think at this stage we are done playing around, is that oil I see in there? Looks like it may be going together for the last time god love us... I believe we have made some progress, correct??? A little more progress than expected actually, time to start playing for real me thinks.. (Enjoy)
  15. A little less than it use to F6, but of course it is...;-)
  16. I think we got the right nuts and bolts in it this time Mic.... Not quite Sideways, very subtle but still different...
  17. In the picture yes........ But this is just playing right...... ????
  18. Did somebody say updates??? :sungum: :vampire: And wait for it........ Whats this??? I believe we have a new balancer poeples..... Brad and myself recently had a little fun as well.. evidence below... Looks like he can whip up some seafood under the right circumstances, when I'm not busting his chops that is LOL. Enjoy...
  19. Chin up John, these things happen mate, you will be back on the rollers in no time, and I have a distinct suspicion that you will not be in the 900 range for long my friend ;-)
  20. Yes Turbo ute they are indeed MSD Coils.... Final assembly has begun Gentleman, I will post some pics up as they become available Off to the engine dyno straight after that and we will see whats what :sungum: No need to edge me in the right direction my friend, as stated and pics will confirm below the auto is ready and willing after the manual has taken care of business
