well got the rims put on today and it is a little high but is good for now until I can afford to get it lowered

thanks for all your help guys and thanks rapid for the tips, did the spark plugs today and gapped them. So the good news is that has fixed the problem all is good now feels so much better. Thanks again guys

I could be wrong but I think they are the same its after the centre muffler where it changes

well did the fuel filter tonight, and I can rule that one out. also looked at the spark plugs tonight didnt have any to replace so just took out one and they are still the original spark plugs from ford the cars done 60,000Ks is that a lot for sparks or should I replace them and with what. The last thing I can think of is maybe the coils which I hope not, but tonight took it for a spin and between 4000-5000 it stutters but above 5000 it lays the power down great

thanks rapid I will try the plugs over the weekend, bought a new fuel filter today and will do that tomorrow morning if it is neither than send it to the shop so someone can have look at it

nah havent done spark plugs yet, whats the best thing to measure them with

I have tried it with and without T/C , also haven't to long ago had the custom tune and service so im not sure if it would be coils but maybe

yeah I thought it was the fuel pump but have read else where it might be the filter aswell so going to change the filter tonight/tomorrow and see if that changes anything if not then a new pump will be next

went to ford northlakes in brissie yesterday and they had 2 there in blue and ego. also today spotted the new green and a blue one turning in at kedron ford had trade plates on them

just the last couple of days I have had a problem under heavy power foot to the floor the car feels like it isnt getting enough fuel, it feels like when traction control kicks in. Only under heavy power does it do it not when say half way to the floor that's ok and also if I slowly build the revs up to around 4000rpm then hit the accelerator its fine. I thought it might be either fuel pump or maybe fuel filter, cause today I hit and it cut in and out then all of a sudden I had full power again like something was blocking the fuel line then all of a sudden it was gone. any ideas would be great thanks wade

Hey, getting 19's put on the car on wednesday and was just wondering how much this will change the height of the car. I have standard 17's at the moment and standard xr6 springs will look at lowering later but was just wondering if anyone has any pics or and idea if it is going to look silly or not.
