From memory SOME of the BF's came with a trans cooler, but majority didn't. Might get someone else to clarify that though but if it did you should see it in the front near the intercooler.

Can't answer that one entirely for you as people have different opinions but the Ford ZF fluid is ridiculously expensive. A lot of people use Transmax Z (which you can get from SuperCrap Auto or other similar places) which costs about $70 per 4L. The steel pan though if they replace it (which is a good thing to do as the plastic ones make changing it in the future a pain and it's also a lot more sturdy) is a few hundred dollars I think from memory (100-300 or so).

It is the BMW one, but it is also the "normal" one when it comes to falcons. We only have the 1 type which is the same one as first used in the 01 E65 series BMWs. He might be comparing it to the Expensive Daewoo 6 speed which is different.

Well it came as the 260piece kit, so it's half full atm haha. Just the roller cab which will need some gear put into it and I've got a bunch of stuff lying around to help with that.

As you said on the second line of this post, 6spd auto. That's your transmission. All the Falcons that have the 6 speed auto have the ZF 6 speed Not sure if trolling orrrr?

Tradie tool day tomorrow at Belmont Tool Mart. Usually held at the Entertainment Centre I think but was cancelled and now moved to Tool Mart. Going to check it out, never been to one!

Yeah all correct last week too. Another round where 98% of Australia got them all lol. Tough pick now with Hawks v WCE. West Coast have Glass, Waters, LeCras and Kennedy back in which is a huge boost to their side. It's pretty much at 100% now with the exception of Schofield. Apart from that game, same tips as me. I had tipped Hawks by 18, but will reconsider by tomorrows game.

diff bush

Heard some squeaking coming from my RHF suspension so as I was right near them, stopped in at Wilkinsons Suspension. I knew I needed my diff bushes changed, but now I also need: Lower ball joints, front lower control arm bushes, rear lower control arm bushes in addition. From parts quoted, looks like they use the ford parts for the control arms, and SuperPros for the diff (BJ426, FOR-S1937R, FOR-S1938R, SPF3232AK, SPF3148AK). Quoted just under $1500 for that, pain in the ass if you ask me but yeah, really need it done I suppose as don't really want to leave the ball joints farked for too long or they might drop out haha. Lukey, keen on doing diff bushes anytime soon?

Bought a laptop for being on site. 8 days down 6 to go then back home. Laptop seems to have about 4 minutes of battery life (exaggerated but its sheet) so have to leave it on charge lol. Finally being spotted around the place haha. Saw you when I was doing my medical for site Luke, wasn't sure if you had spotted me then as I was about text you I was beaten to it! First full week pay today for being on site, its a significant change to my normal apprentice rates back in Perth haha
