well id hope its something decent anyway if youre going to the effort of taking the skins off n replacing speakers. the orig speaker and spacer is one piece n needs to be hacked. most aftermarket speakers would go deeper than the piss poor ones we get standard. and the plastic is crap anyway, make mdf mounts. much better ah yeh, how much of the door overall were u thinking of deadening? just behind the magnet on the outer frame and the whole inner metal frame? also just replace the 8in sub with another 8in or going for bigger in the boot?
