Wow, me have 410 posts!!!

Welcome back buddy! (STIFLR) I spotted you tonight pretty sure saw you in the corner of my eye as I was doing squats. First time I trained at 5:30-6pm, think ill continue to train in the mornings less people in the gym= quicker workout. Since I can't quote, move over to this side of town Trent.

^^^Yeah I know how you feel buddy. I was just saying to G6ERocket the other night I'm kinda over the gym but have got that bug again where I will go onto a strict diet and see how I go. Keep us posted wingnut, I've started today and my weight is 96kg. Would live to get to 91-92kg and lean muscle no bodyfat.

Couldn't have said it any better Paul!

Think I'm going to start a strict diet and training routine. Not to get bigger but to Lean up as I've got that bug again even though I continue to train 5-6 days a week. See how strict I can get.

I think Dags and Pazz were trying to say there that there is more chat in Sa than in Vic chat and ex Sa members now dominating Vic chat. Simples !!!

Very messy at Essendon at the moment. Freo had so many free kicks given to them in the last quarter they could have won but they were rushing at every kick but how unlucky to hit the post at the last 22 seconds of the game.

Rumour has it Hird will get the arse next week sorry he will stand down with Thompson to be coach.

Bitching has already started by Kennet in today's herald sun about Alastair Clarkson.

I would pick Tigers Crows Blues Cats Eagles/hawks very hard can go either way but picking home team eagles to win.

Hawthorn got the kennet curse with the Cats, this week was hard to pick a winner.
