Not in the wrong business FF I just got ripped off. . Finally got the surge tank installed today. How f*cking tough can a car sound at idle lol. Love it. Turbo in the next couple of days and then tune on Tuesday!!! Bring it on.

Because I paid $200 and it took all of 45 minutes to fit it and they used no materials at all.

Yeah I saw it but the PW instructions posted afterwards said they were 95mm and I went with that. I should have listened to you sorry and I paid the price with another wasted afternoon.

Installed my Xforce 4" catback today. Sounds awesome but I got ripped off on installation costs and it still rattles occasionally. Worry about that after tune. Bought new bolts for the surge tank as well. Thought about putting that in "Cool things you bought" but decided they weren't cool enough

I'll vote gloss black. To get that sort of ride height you will need coilovers. King 4SL rear and 3SL front will get you close though. $300 odd dollars for the springs plus fitting on top of that. Also you will need a camber kit for the front which is approx $400 and your standard shocks will die a painful death in the not too distant future. About $1500 for supply only XYZ coil overs.

Almost. I got the bolts for the BA/BF Plazmaman surge tank. Thanks for the offer mate but I will go and buy some tomorrow. I bought some today going on the PW instructions that said 95mm but they are too short.

Went to fit my surge tank today but my bolts were too short so I did the wiring in preparation for when I get bigger bolts.

No buzzing is good. Will look into it later if it is bad. Just for reference the bolts need to be 115mm long as I bought 100mm today and they are not long enough.

Thanks again GTEXXED but I want to get started on it again tomorrow so I will buy the bolts tomorrow. Appreciate the thought and the information though. Thanks also to 1600dave for the PW instructions. Those together with the Plazmaman ones equal a perfect set of instructions lol. PW use M8 x 95mm bolts so I might start there. Rubber mount what Bonjaz? The surge tank or the pump? I didn't think the surge tank itself gets rubber mounted. My Aeromotive pump is sitting on 4 rubber feet though.

Ordered the monroe shocks today so I will see how they go. If they suck I'm going to blame you Bomber lol.

Sent Plazmaman an email but they haven't responded yet. I hate going to the effort of jacking the car up and putting time aside just to find out I've got the wrong parts.

Hey guys. Tried to install my Plazmaman Surge tank in my FG sedan today and came across a couple of difficulties. I have instructions for the BA/BF but from what I understand the only difference is that you need longer bolts for the FG. The start of the problems is that the instructions say to unbolt the LH Sway bar bracket bolts, however the FG sway bar isn't in that area. I have found what looks like 2 likely holes that line up but there is no nut for it to bolt into and trying to get a nut behind it looks next to impossible. Unless you use a really long bolt to go right through but then the bolts wont be straight. I get the funny feeling I got the wrong bolts with my kit as well. If anyone can help me out with tips or photos that would be awesome. Not having any luck lately. Tried to install my 4" exhaust system yesterday until I realised that I couldn't get my car high enough to get the exhaust out and now this.

Started trying to fit my 4" stainless exhaust today but gave up when I realised I couldn't get the car high enough to get the rear muffler out. Now I have to pay someone and I hate paying people.

The camber kit is a shim style I believe, much like the one in that ebay link above. Thanks for the comments. The Monroes do seem like a good budget option and considering I don't really do corners in the falcon then they are a good option for me. I have another car for corners lol.

Yeah they are 19's. The fronts have a bit of gap and with a full tank of fuel the rears just sit even with the guard. No idea what offsets sorry. Front offset sucks anyway.

I got the Pedders front camber kit and after Bombers recommendation I'm going to look at Monroes. Would love Bilsteins or Konis but with more power coming soon I know I will break sh*t and want to leave some cash in reserve

This is 3SL front and 4SL rear. Could do with a little more low but you would need coilovers for that.
