Make sure your rattle is not coming from an un-adjusted handbrake, as this will have an annoying rattle over mild bumps etc. If you want to make sure its not your Handbrake, raise your handbrake level just that little bit to take the slack out of the cable... this may or may not work. Otherwise if you are sure that it is a front wheel rattle 1) make sure your wheel is secure to your hub... yes it has been done before 2) it may be your disc pad tension clips, if they have lost there tensile, your disc pad will rattle. press your brake slightly while driving to see if the sound dissipates 3) Lastly you can check that your brake caliper bushes are not flogged out as you can get a really annoying rattle if they are, again press your brake slightly over bumps to see if this removes the sound. As for tuners, I have never heard a bad word about black Track performance. and I have many mates had there cars done from there. So never take advise from one person buddy. Go there and see for your self. There are also many people in the Newcastle thread that have had there cars done from them. I would talk to Mitch aka (Dat-40L) he has a 10 second BF worked by Black Track.

RBjet is correct, ET semi's last a long time if your sensible. my friend has had his 6 months and counting with 40% still left on the tread. though it is a weekend car.

video update: Just got back to my computer, the upload failed to place it on youtube. the video is about 11 min long, ill try again tonight. If anyone has ideas on how I am to let you view the video rather than place it on youtube let me know as this is the only way I know how to do it.

Hey Mitch, were your rims 19's or 20's ? Im thinking the Slg 23 rim. there full billet

I honestly get alot of variants, From experience I know 10.5" rims scrub the rear of a BF sedan. If you stick to a 10" rim and a 255 tire you will have no scrub issues, But you would be best to lip the guards as a heavy pot hole could see you catching it. As for 275 and larger width tire im pretty positive a BF sedan will scrub the walls of a 30 profile as I have seen it happen many a time.

Ok guys, sorry for the delay I have been very busy of late due to the Christmas rush, I was able to cut down and get the best shots from the go pros as possible, thank you for those who where kind enough to share them for the day. Most of the footage is taken of Bathurst Hot lap by Wombat, though I do reckon next time I must place the camera on the roof. live and learn I suppose. Seen as there is no official post of the Charity cruise on our site ill throw one up so its more accessible to all. Been flat out as a Lizard drinking as of late but I will be sure to make this one Throw you name on the list on the pinned sub section for the charity cruise. everything turned out in the footage, though I think the camera angles were wrong they did not really promote the cruise. either way im sorting it all out and getting the best shots . next tie around im thinking we do a roof shot.

Ok guys sorry for the late reply, have been very busy. ive looked over all that has been developed in the video and to be honest it would bore most people just plain roads with no real action. I am going to cut a few clips out of what I think are the highlights, again sorry for the time spent, next cruise I will attach a go pro to my vehicle and get alot more of the group cruising. On a side note I hope you were all able to pull pics of your vehicles from my page. cheers

Thanks for the compliments boys and girls, Makes the hard work well worth it in the end, the more cruises we hold the closer the Xr6 turbo community grows, and that's what we want.

Thanks everyone for a great turn out, In total we had about 17 cars, We headed off about 9 30 am and arrived without incident's about 11 45 am. Through out the cruise up we had a total of 8 gigs worth of Film, with about 4 gig's of film on the track, Close to about 100 photo's were taken from a driving perspective, along with many shots on the track including a Grid group shot, a conrod straight group shot and many many more. We then headed down the road to the RSL for a feed and ...Cough 1 drink. Arriving at the museum shortly after. Browsing the museum before Heading our seperate ways home. I would like to thank all the crew for a very well behaved drive, As I know driving 60 klm/h around Mount Panorama is like waving a peice of raw steak infront of a croc! It was also a great sound to hear the cars up through Skyline, the turbo whistles were a very nice backdrop. I hope to make many more of these runs in time to come. And currently in the process of gathering details about another very cool cruise. (Sorry guys its under wraps at the moment so I cannot give any deatails yet P.S - I am in the process of editing all the footage we gathered. There is a lot of footage and will take time to go through it all . But expect the movie to be out in about 2 weeks. I will be placing photos up of the trip as I get them from our Photographer.
