Looking at your dyno charts, its impossible for your turbo to hold boost the way it is at that power level without having boost leak. These 35/40 turbos are internally gated and cannot handle big boost levels even when ported. It seems to me like your turbo has already been moded.
Just wondering if some of you turbo folks out there can offer comments on my slight problem. I'm running stage 3 process west kit and the usual goodies with 380rwkw 16psi as my daily gay tune. Now have any of you came across issues with oil leaks from the engine due to the crank case pressurizing. This is generally caused by blowby from high boost levels. Now since I'm running large power levels do I require extra crank case ventilation( the one in the middle of the rocker cover not the pcv)? If so what is the best way to go by thiss?
What would the difference in power be if the air temp was 31c and intake 27c. Will the warmer conditions cause ecu to take out timing, lean out. If I was doing 375rwkw on a 31c day, would it show more on 20c day. I was told that the dyno shows more on a warmer day. What power difference would your shoot 6f show if you run your car on a warm day say 30c.I noticed it was run on a very cold day.
I'm not sure if this will be the same as you but when the driveline protection is removed from the software during tuning process to let the 6 speed boost off the line, this is the cause of the flaring when cold. I have proven this with my tuner by turning drive line protection on.
