I like lower in the rear better lol, but its personal opinion really, it wont be staying like that ill be raising the back soon, my rear springs now with ssl in the front would look mint

apart from the 10mm clearance from lowest point to the ground, is there anything else illegal about lowering a BA? I want to keep mine legal but still lower it, what can u do with the bumpstops to keep it legal oh and does anyone know if sl's(f) and ssl's or sl's®is legal? thanks all

I think an autoelec will be able to calibrate the speedo not to sure thou

20's will vary on how far out the speedo is dependant on the size of the tyre mine was out about 9k's at 100K/ph but I got 245x35 on the rear I think from memory a 225x30 tyre will have same rolling diameter or very close to as the factory wheel so it wont be out much

monroe make a shorter shock for the front and rear, there the new GT lowered series ones sorry to hi jack but if u buy a shorter shock u wont need to modify bumpstops as there on the shocks?

yeah that was me they pulled over, they made me open the bonnet and that, saw my dropped pipes, said he was going to toe it home but in the end he just told me to take it home and didnt do anything was so lucky

I was gona go 57SL but that's a 3" drop and im gon have the 17's still, the 20s are staying on the XE lol ill get my 68SL compressed 1.5" so I can get my stance happening (h) does the same principal aply to BA's were lows are a 1" drop superlows (SL) = 2" drop and ultralows (SSL) = 3" drop

king springs have f*cked up there catologue, they have them as superlows when there actaully ultralows

oh fair enough in that case KFRL68SL and KFRL68SSL are both superlows (the same)?

they cant be superlows cauz the kfrl-68SSL are superlows, even though they got SSL on the end of the part number, in the catologue it still has them as superlows

do u need shorter shocks wen lowering? or is there enough travel out of the factory shocks? also anything else to look at when lowering, like do the bumpstops need choping

I dono if u guys realised, but there are only superlows available for the rear, they call them SSL's wich is wierd, there not ultralows LOL think ive decided on superlows on the front and superlows on the rear compressed 10mm

its about 60-70 bucks a set to get them compressed
