I agree, it is MORE dangerous to SMS or dial than talk on the mobile, but it is still dangerous to hold a phone while driving. Many studies have shown that even using a phone in a hands free kit can have significant effect upon the drivers awareness and reaction times while driving. BTW it is illegal to not have full and proper control of a vehicle while driving so you can be booked for drinking a cup of coffee if the nice policeman decides that it impares your ability to properly control the car.

I hope you are right :D Either way, the regulars (they know who they are) will ensure there is enough to talk about for quite a while yet I suspect. Then there's Feb 28 03 when I get mine....... :lol:

Looking at the member list I discovered the following: 120 members have not yet posted. 113 members have posted between 1 - 10 times 28 members have posted between 11 - 25 times :blank: 19 members have posted between 26 - 50 times 6 members have posted between 51 - 100 times :D 8 members have posted more than 100 times The top 10 posters account for 61% of all posts. BTW we are now at 295 members

Here in VIC the Government have FINALLY worked out that something needs to be done. $135.00 fine and 3 demerit points. IMO Should be $1000 and 6 demerit points.

This is probably going to be more difficult than I originally imagined. I drove up there earlier and security is pretty tight at the moment (go figure). So, I may have to give this idea a miss, sadly. Probably protecting little johny from all those big bad terrorists running about in Canberra :lol: :lol:

Ahh well, different toys for different boys......not to be confused with toyboys...... :lol: :lol: I'm with you though.. I'd take comfort/features over speed any day. Thankfully I believe the Turbo has enuff of both once you throw in a few options :D

Get your hands on the service manual. There should be an electrical diagram in there. It may give you some clues
