  2. Yeah lesson learned I guess, lucky you never ended up in a pole..so count your lucky stars, I'll never let anyone drive my ute, doesnt matter if they got a clubby etc they dont know the car well enough so they dont know how it will behave when tramped....that's why ppl lose it cause theyre not familiar with the vehicle and be able anticipate what its goin to do.
  3. that's the cause of the problem
  4. All in all its your money, theres a few places that's been suggested for you, best of luck with it, and let us all know how u go. Cheers.
  5. ive got a Yarra Valley 4 speed in mine, ive had no problems with it at all.....done about 30.000km in it already along with countless runs at the dragstip....but be prepared to pay alot more and wait about 4 weeks to get it done,I know a few guys with Bayswater transmissions and have actually spoken to Phil from bayswater trans... top bloke and does a great job., great pricing and your box will feel awesome.. I would highly recommend Bayswater. Cheers

  8. I thinks its around the 11.0 mark, I know FSIX ran 11.16 or something on pump fuel, and toyo proxes ra-1
  9. It was pretty hot there, heatsoak plays a major part in his times, 2.3 60ft is probably due to the heat, and overall power suffers too. Also how good where his street tyres and what pressure was he running, there are alot of paramaters to look at, not just mods.
  10. CONGRATS
  11. Was a pretty hot day yesterday at Heathcote, with two unopened Ba's breaking into the tens for the first time, Headsex (dannys) Ba sedan running 10.90 126.9 mph, Also Jake and the guys from AVO Turboworld also broke into the 10's with a 10.91 I believe. Congrats to the both of you, looks like il have to wait till Calder for another crack at it...
