  2. When you comeback past the staging lights stop and move forward into the stage lights
  3. Spin those tires as long as you like. You will soon be told to stop. As for how far you go doing it depends on how far you want to reverse. Glen
  4. Yeah it get quite chilly down here. Good for the T though Yeah I gave him a wave. I still won though he fouled.
  5. Just another run. Had sh*tty tires on that had a small leak.......well a big leak actually had to change after 5mins. Only posting cause I though the timing of my burnout with the car next to me looked pretty funny with the timing of it from a incar camera.. Anyway you will see what I mean. Ran a 13.8 this time KRbWMssGxiE Glen
  6. this is my second best run. The battery ran out by the time I did the other run. Time for a better battery I think. GijnF8FUno4 Room for improvement I think. Glen
  7. holy sh*t. that's one big crumple zone they have there
  8. I wanna see this. Who is going to tune it for you
  9. Yeah, New clutch, exhaust and the other stuff, a bit of work on technique and another trip to the big city should see that time time drop. A mate there ran a 11.90 in a nitros Vl so would like to shut him up. But all that will come in good time.
  10. Well I decided f*ck it........ I will have a run. Ended up running the whole day not really much clutch slip that I could notice, more tyre slip than anything. My best time was 13.571 @ 111.11Mph. Not sure about the speed as I did get a slip saying I did 214.8Mph(I wish). No burnout and a very easy launch then a boot full in second. I won 7/8 with the other guy either breaking out or fouling but a couple were just to slow But the best news of the day is the clutch survived and FORD won the day. Considering we were outnumber by about 2 to 1 we still pulled through. So no more drags until I get a new clutch don't want to push my luck. Glen
  11. This is evil KzXDTYIq_dM
  12. yummy yummy yummy
  13. It's just a hard choice as a new clutch at the moment is not gunna happen. I have a day to think about it so will see what happens on Sunday. My head says one thing and my foot says another :banghead:
  14. Howdy all, I am heading out to the local strip on sunday for a Red Vs Blue day but I'm really debating if I should run or not. Most of you would have read what mods and power I have. I'm just worried about the stabdard clutch going bye bye. I was not planning on launching hard or anything just easy of the line and then give it a boot full. I onlywant to run just to get an idea of what time the ute could do and just to have a bit of legal fun. So if any of you have around 300Kw and a standard clutch that have run the quater how did it stand up to it. Cheers Glen
  15. A bit of swearing in this so it might need to be moved if not suitable. Good old peter russel clarke UgRUUWrHPPw
  16. Well my father has always had a ford and always kept them in smick condition. Think I disappointed him with my first car(HQ station wagon that would go almost anywhere except through a tree) but after that it has always been :cartman:
