Well sad days ahead... the Vertini Monaco's are heading back home :( there's a way to make them fit but why is the question. In the end a refund for the wheels and tyres out of protest and just ordered a set of TSW Mirabeau's to suit. Double checking and confirming they'll fit FG F6 6/4 :D

There is another way and that's to keep the original 328mm disc's and do a mod like intune motorsports http://www.intunemotorsport.com.au/Brembo-4-spot-rear-brake-upgrade-FG-GT-and-F6.html I'll still need a spacer but as I ordered the wheels from Ozzy tyres I stated that I was using brembo 6/4 so I have to wait otherwise a paypal thingy will have to be lodged.

thanks wigg's but bought a cheap set of 8mm auto one spacers and it's the same and still hits.

Went and fitted 1 side of my new 4 pot brembo's for the rear of my fg f6 this afternoon only to find once bleed done and dusted my new Vertini Monaco 20x10 ET40 wheels hit the calliper :( now need to decide what I want to go. Keep the wheels and stick with the single piston caliber, buy new wheels and put the brembo's on. annoyed ALOT!

3F 3R at the moment for me, feels comfortable and stable for around town.

Yeah it's just a process of jacking the car up wheel off and adjusting the the pre-load up and down on the nuts.

3rd That, had mine fitted 3 weeks and best most to be had on our cars. Lowered the car extra over the weekend and will raise as and when I track it. Worth the $2k easy

New kicks on the F6, they f*cked up and sent me 245 rears when I paid for 275's. Working progress but should be okay.

What model car? FG? FG needs the ACM recoded by ford.

Like many things it comes down to what you're using the car for. The rotors are the same on the front either way you go, the rears are different and no doubt a a little more cost wise for the 4 pot rotor but again you can go for standard or slotted T3's or even the 5000 series. As for pads you no doubt can get some for under $100 a set front or rear upwards to beyond $350> a set front or rear. To put in perspective I've just forked out $2233 for a rear 4 pot Brembo setup including standard hoses and QFM A1M pads and managed to pick up a set of 6 pot's off ebay a while ago for $1680 (bargain to say the least)

I'm with Stripes, all comes down to the price difference at the end of the day. The seats are awesome and I wish my F6 came with them as an option and then there's the brakes Brembo 6/4 versus base GT (not optioned) 4 pot front Brembo and pbr single on the rears. Personally all up to yourself and the price as the brake's can be upgraded for $4500.00 in selling the 4 pot fronts. As the the GTE the GTP is rarer and worth that fraction more IMO. What ever you choose will be nice either way.

I'm saying $2233 freights for rear 4 pot kit for the F6 from race brakes sydney. I just can't wait for them to arrive.

The project I work for started a retention bonus scheme back in 2011 for which I started back on in Sep 2012 which is 10% of your chargeable hour rate (less OT, AL, SL etc) then 12.5% after the first year then 15% for every year after. Just came to an end. So the Tax paid was hurtful and feels like I still have Tony's arm up my arse.
