It was wet and windy here in Perth today. I had my BF ute parked outside my office and the wind had opened my hard cover (not locked) not once but 4 times. I thought at first someone had opened it - parking area locked under security and visible from my office, after closing it I saw it happened again. Has any one experienced this.

Hey guys - sorry if this is in wrong section, but I've noticed a strange clicking sound when I turn my steering wheel during slow driving (I.e during parking) - clicking sound seem to be comming front front end of the car - Any one experienced same prob - do I need to be concerned. I'm driving a BF Tornado. Ta

Yep you are correct. I asked them(panelbeater) they gave me some rubbish story, that it belongs to the insurance co and they're not allowed to give it to me - should have took out the fog inserts as I have heard they come out often.

Looks great! What colour/code did you paint the insert. Same colour as front bit of the bumper?

Are these Typhoon Police Cars marked or unmarked? Would love to see a picture of it if all decked out with lights and all. Here in Perth I think we're getting Expensive Daewoo T Astra's

Hey guys - my car is going in for a front new bumper - insurance job. Will the panel shop / insurance company let me have the damaged front bumper? The bumper is only slightly damaged. I could use the fog inserts as spares.

Hey guys - I've noticed a few times when I open the doors with my remote/alarm to my Bf Tornado, I get a continous 5-6 beeps compare to the norm 1 beep. Doesn't happen all the time, but wondering what is going on. Am I resetting anything that I don't know? Thanks!

Don't know if this helps , but have you tried using other car speakers. I had the exact problem - went to an audio guy, he said one speaker had a short thus effecting the whole sysytem (stock speakers and deck). I just bought a new set of speakers.

Not too sure - but definitely aftermarket scoop and definitely a T. I wanted to take a photo with my phone, but wasn;t too sure whether the owner would've been happy about it.

I bought a 10inch Hertz Sub with a custom box for my ute few months ago. Not sure which model but no regrets yet. Can't really go wrong with these italian made subs.

Why not leave the original head unit - and buy a decent set of component speakers. You can probably buy a v.good set for around $500. Inthat way your cous can upgrade her head unit later on. ps I have a small Bass Bazooka to sell if you want.

Hey guys - I would appreciate your ideas on sway bars on a Tornado. I have bf Tornado (stock standard) and wondering if spending money on sway bars will improve the handelling. Also would I need to upgrade my spring and coils to gain the benefit of the sway bar. TA in advance

Ditto with everyone. Can't go wrong with MB Quartz. I bought some dse series for the front. Excellent - I wouldn't worry with the back as long as you get a good sub. I have had work done in Albert and Western Car Audio in Osborne Park. Great guys

Hey guys - just need your opinion on suspension. I have a BF Tornado - stock standard. Thinking about lowering it? here are the questions: Do you guys think the Tornado need lowering? I like the ride of the car currently, so if I do lower it will the current ride be sacrificed? I forked out big bucks on my last car with Eibach and Koni suspensions. Car looked great and cornering 100% improvement, however I didn't like the ride (bit stiff). Let me know. Ta in advance
